Terms of Service

Last updated October 20, 2026

These terms apply to your use of GeniusForge ("we", "us"), a website that turns text, photos and pictures into 3D-printable models. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

Accounts

You need an account to make models. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Free and Pro plans

Free accounts get 3 AI models per day. Keychains, name signs and phone stands are unlimited. GeniusForge Pro costs $20.00 USD per month, with your first month at $10.00. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel anytime from Manage plan in your account menu. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give refunds or credits for partial months. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload and make. You must have the right to use any photo or text you submit, and you may not use GeniusForge to make anything illegal, infringing, or harmful (including weapons or weapon parts). Pictures from search come from Creative Commons sources; follow their licenses and credit the creators.

AI results and printing

Models are made by AI and automatic tools and may contain errors. Print time and material estimates are approximate. Check a model before printing; you print and use objects at your own risk.

Availability

The site uses free third-party AI services that can be slow or unavailable. We may change, limit or stop features. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

GeniusForge is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the new terms.
